My 20+ years' experience includes international consulting as well as in-house People expert and generalist roles across industries.

Throughout the years, I have worked on many different people projects on the full spectrum of attracting, developing, engaging and retaining talent.

I build on this experience in my freelance assignments, where I can support with both creating a People & Culture strategy roadmap, as well as driving the execution of impactful initiatives (e.g. talent, rewards, DEI, org design, remote working, employee engagement & communication, etc.).
